One of a kind, hand reclaimed fashion! A vintage Army jacket is made into a piece of wearable art with an authentic altered vintage Hermes scarf.
Here's a little history of your special jacket. The jacket itself is an authentic vintage US Air Force uniform. The jacket has the original tactical command and wing patches on the chest and arm wing patches on both arms. The gorgeous scarf on this jacket, Springs by Philippe Ledoux, was first released in 1974. The centerpiece of this scarf, shown on the back of the jacket, is actually a children's carriage. The carriage that inspired this scarf was commissioned by Carolina Bonaparte for the birth of her son to Napoleon.
The hand rolled edges of each scarf are preserved when possible so some edges may not be sewn onto the jacket.
The jacket and scarf are in vintage or preloved condition and may show flaws, wear, and stains. Please see all pictures as part of description and for condition.
Kneaded Fashion size Medium.
Please use approximate measurements for sizing. The jacket, when laying flat measures approximately 20.5" across the chest and 26" from shoulder to hem.
